Delivery Expectations and Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and times are determined by your selected shipping method during checkout. Medallion Press will receive your order and process your order within 24-48 hours. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-4pm. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. We observe US Holidays and any orders processed over a holiday weekend or on an observed holiday will be processed on the next business day. The estimated date of delivery of your medallionpress.com order and the cost of shipping depends on which Delivery service you select during checkout. *Note that affiliate orders will abide by the affiliate shipping guidelines and are not determined or controlled by Medallion Press.

About Order Status Emails
When you complete your order on medallionpress.com, we update you on the status of your order by email. These emails include, but are not limited to:
- Confirmation that your order was successfully submitted.
- Verification that your item(s) shipped, with tracking information.
- Information regarding any issues we may encounter while fulfilling your order.
If you placed an order on medallionpress.com but have not received an order confirmation email within a few hours, this email may be blocked by email filtering software. This software can be hosted in:
– Your computer’s email system
– The email system at your place of work
– By an email provider
– By an Internet service provider
If You Use an Email Filter
If you use a filter or spam blocker, please add email@example.com to your Address Book or “white list”. This will ensure that you receive emails regarding your Medallion Press order status.
If Your Company or Network Uses Email Filters
Ask your email system administrator or Internet service provider if a filter or spam blocker is in use.
If Your Email Provider Uses Email Filters
Some Internet service providers or web-based email providers have email filters or restrictions that may prevent our emails from reaching you. If you think the email from medallionpress.com is being blocked, we suggest you add firstname.lastname@example.org to the Address Book or Contact List offered by your email provider.
Depending on the type of order, the order due date and any special circumstances, shipping fees may or may not apply. Illinois and California residents will be charged taxes for online orders. Normal taxes apply to bulk orders. If your organization is tax exempt, you will be asked to provide a tax exempt number and/or certificate.
Returning Items Bought from Medallionpress.com
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days of original purchase* once all items have been received in the original state (*Exception: Orders returned from pre-order sales must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product and are not subject to the original order date). All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
You will receive a receipt with your purchase order listed. Please send a copy of this along with the product in non-damaged and original state back to us at 4222 Meridian Pkwy, Suite 110, Aurora, IL 60504- Attn: Returns
Once we verify that the product is in its original condition we will issue your refund.
Please Note: Your packing slip receipt is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable. However if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance at email@example.com
Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.
Any personalized and signed items may not be returned.
