 Robert
Spiller lives in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs, Colorado
with his wife Barbara and his daughter Jenny. His other two
daughters and their children all live within shouting distance.
A mathematician by trade he weaves his profession into his
mysteries.
For the last thirty years, he has taught all levels of Mathematics
from Elementary to College. A Calculated Demise is his second
published novel and features the math teacher/sleuth Bonnie
Pinkwater from The Witch of Agnesi. Like The
Witch of Agnesi,
his first mystery, A Calculated Demise uses math
and math history to solve a series of murders in the small
Colorado
town of East Plains.
He is currently
at work on the next two novels in the Bonnie Pinkwater series: Irrational
Numbers (September 2008) and Radical
Equations.
